We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung) informs you about the nature, scope and purposes of the collection and use of personal data on this website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR.
1. General Information
The following information provides a transparent overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website and how, on what legal basis, and for what purposes it is processed. Processing takes place exclusively in compliance with the applicable statutory data protection provisions. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
2. Definitions
This Privacy Policy uses the terms defined in Art. 4 GDPR. In particular:

Email: hamzahabsa88@gmail.com
Phone: +49 176 40486318
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal data only where a legal basis exists. Depending on the case, processing is based on:
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent;
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request;
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject;
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided your interests or fundamental rights do not override them.
The storage of information on your terminal equipment, and access to such information, is governed by § 25 TDDDG; where it is strictly necessary this occurs under § 25(2) TDDDG without separate consent.
5. Access Data and Server Log Files
Each time this website is accessed, our web hosting provider automatically collects and temporarily stores information which your browser transmits, in so-called server log files. This may include:
- the abbreviated / anonymised IP address of the requesting device;
- the browser type and version;
- the operating system used;
- the referrer URL;
- the date and time of the request.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, to guarantee its stability and security, and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after it is no longer required for these purposes.
6. Contact Form and Enquiries
If you contact us via the contact form, the data you enter — namely your name, email address, the selected service, your message, and the fact and time of your consent — is processed for the purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, insofar as your request is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Providing this data is voluntary; without it we are unable to respond to your enquiry. The data is stored until your enquiry has been conclusively dealt with and is then erased, unless statutory retention obligations require further storage. You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future (see sections 14 and 15).
7. Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not use tracking, advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. We use only:
- One strictly necessary cookie which is set exclusively when the site operator logs into the non-public administration area, in order to maintain that login session. It is never set for ordinary visitors.
- Local storage in your browser to remember your selected colour theme and design. This information remains on your device, serves a purely functional purpose and contains no personal data.
As these technologies are strictly necessary / functional, they are permitted under § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR without separate consent. You can delete or block cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings.
8. Web Fonts
This website uses self-hosted fonts. All font files are served directly from this website. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider is established, and no data (such as your IP address) is transmitted to such providers when fonts are loaded.
9. Recipients and Order Processing
To operate this website and provide our services, we use carefully selected service providers who act as processors on our behalf. The categories of recipients are:
- our web hosting provider (operation and delivery of the website);
- our email delivery service provider (dispatch of notification emails);
- our database / storage provider (secure storage of enquiries and content).
These processors are contractually bound by data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and process personal data solely on our documented instructions and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Beyond this, your personal data is not disclosed to third parties, and it is never sold. A disclosure to public authorities takes place only where we are legally obliged to do so.
10. Data Transfers to Third Countries
Some of the aforementioned processors may process personal data in a third country outside the European Union / European Economic Area, in particular the United States of America. Where this is the case, appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR apply — in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)adopted by the European Commission and/or an applicable adequacy decision — in order to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
11. Data Security
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption(HTTPS) for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar. We further employ technical and organisational security measures pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data against manipulation, loss, or unauthorised access.
12. Storage Period and Erasure
We process and store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or for as long as prescribed by the statutory retention periods to which we are subject (e.g. under commercial and tax law, § 257 HGB, § 147 AO). Once the purpose ceases to apply and no retention obligation remains, the data is routinely restricted or erased in accordance with the statutory provisions.
13. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You are entitled to the following rights in respect of your personal data:
- Right of access — Art. 15 GDPR;
- Right to rectification — Art. 16 GDPR;
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — Art. 17 GDPR;
- Right to restriction of processing — Art. 18 GDPR;
- Right to data portability — Art. 20 GDPR;

- Right not to be subject to automated decision-making — Art. 22 GDPR (see section 17).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in section 3.
14. Right to Object (Widerspruchsrecht)
Where the processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to that processing (Art. 21 GDPR). In such a case we will no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
15. Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
16. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The supervisory authority competent for the controller is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, LDI NRW).
17. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
18. Provision of Personal Data
The provision of personal data via the contact form is neither legally nor contractually required. It is provided solely on a voluntary basis. However, without the data marked as required we are unable to process your enquiry.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to reflect changes to our services. The version published on this page, bearing the date indicated above, applies to your visit.
